R Founder
Myra Martinez has combined her passion for people and her knowledge of business to create and operate R STARS Project. Her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Barry University helps her with the day-to-day administration of the organization. But the real driving force behind R STARS Project is her passion for highlighting the overlooked and underestimated. She’s a lifelong connector who uses her zest for life to bridge the generational gap between youth and senior citizens in the community. She founded R STARS Project in 2014, and it has positively impacted the lives of over 150 youth and 800 senior citizens… and counting. She has done speaking engagements in various circles to amplify the voice of R STARS. Her plan is to continue to grow the organization to plant the seed of service in the community with fun, love, and joy.
Always bringing energy and positivity into the room, you can often find Myra having adventures in nature, dancing on TikTok, or spending quality time with her pets…. And, sometimes, laughing by a lake.
